The Parkwood Board of Directors has set the 2017 annual homeowner assessment at $225 per lot.
March 31, 2017 is the last day to pay the assessment in full without incurring a late payment fee of $20.00.
In mid-December, every Parkwood homeowner receives their annual assessment letter from CAS, Inc., of Pinehurst, NC. CAS is providing Parkwood’s routine financial management activities, including the collection of assessments and bill paying. (For more information, see the President’s Column on page 2 of the January 2014 InsideOUT).
CAS uses Alliance Association Financial Services (AAFS), a division of the Bank of Nevada, as the processor of its financial transactions. Your assessment letter from CAS provides a payment coupon, along with other payment and installment options.
Pay your dues online! The Association ID is 346 and the Management Company ID is 937.Your unit account # is your four-digit lot number (include leading zeros if your lot number is not four digits).
If you do not have your payment coupon, you can mail your check to CAS directly:

If paying by check, please include your lot number on the memo line. If you do not know your lot number, please call the Parkwood office during business hours and we can look it up for you.
Please do not send or deliver payments to the Parkwood Office.
